Man Tortures wife, Judge wants to think about it.

"Judge James Whittemore of the Middle District of Florida did not rule and didn't indicate when he might do so." (CNN.com)
What, is he going to go out on his boat and go fishing, or play a round of golf? Great leaders make decisions quickly--in fact, with this being in the news so much the judge has a moral obligation to make this decision quickly.
If this case is any indication of other cases he has tried, Judge James Whittemore is incapable of wearing the robe. A life is at stake, a decision must be made, and he's taking his time.
Here's a question for the world (and I hate to post it, but I will anyway): what if Michael Schiavo were to die in a car accident? Would Terri's parents then become the legal guardians, being next of kin? Could they then insert the feeding tube and save her life?
If Terri dies, I want Michael Schiavo to be tried for torture and murder.
