Rural Kids are Too Obese?

cnn.com (the Communist News Network) reported today that rural kids are more obese than city kids. To back this up, they chose a town in Pennsylvania.

Is Pennsylvania "rural" ?? they got two pro football teams, two pro base ball teams... hey, why not check out Nebraska or Wyoming or North Dakota for what's happening in "rural" areas?

But they're probably right... and what kills me is they didn't know the reason.

The kid they interviewed even gave them the answer: "There's nothing e lse to do in our dinky little town."

But, of course, the adults ignored the kid's answer and started an "obese clinic" -- hey let's all sign up for that! Hey there's a cute girl, I think I'll ask her out on a date... let's see, what is there to do in this town... I know! I'll asker her to go with me to the OBESE CLINIC.

C'mon moronic-CNN reporter-adults-with-no-clue, the kid TOLD you the answer and you IGNORED him. You thought the solution was LET'S SPEND MORE TAX MONEY.

Here's a thought: take the money from the "Fat clinc" and the doctor (yes, that's M.D.) to run it and pay the kid to run laps. OOOHHHH that would be WRONG! HE SHOULD WANT TO DO IT ON HIS OWN.

Yeah, who wants to go spend all day at the "obese clinic" ??
