2 Out of 3 Judges think Torture is a Right

"By a 2-1 vote, a three-judge panel of the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals declined early Wednesday to order the reinsertion of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube." (CNN.com)

Thank you, Judge Charles Wilson, for recognizing that torture and murder are wrong.

As for 11th Circuit Judges Ed Carnes and Frank Hull, I sincerely hope that you never sit on the bench for any case that concerns me. And I consider you accomplices to the torture and (at present) attempted murder of Terri Schiavo. If she dies, you will be accomplices to her murder.

There are no rights being upheld here. Religious rights are being openly violated.

"The Schindlers said because of the absence of a living will, or written document, clearly spelling out her wishes, their daughter's due process rights have been violated. They believe her Roman Catholic faith would prevent her from wanting to die this way." (CNN.com)
