More Gardening

More Garden news: Pepper plants are now taller than me and still producing fruit! Tomatoes are going like crazy--the Roma tomatoes are piling on top of each other as they grow because we just don't have a strong enough support for them.

Next year we're going to build an extra-sturdy tomato vine trellis using treated 4x4's and thick wire mesh. Not completely sure on how the design will work, but that's the plan.

Oh, we also got a Compost Twin and I've been having fun filling that up with garden waste and grass clippings. Because of what I put in, it doesn't make mulch in quite 2 weeks, but it's pretty good mulch in 4 weeks--which is still worth it based on the large amount of "greens" I put in the thing!
